Take 5 (Audio Interview)
If you could only ask 5 questions during an interview, you would try to make them count, wouldn't you? In my case, five simple questions created an opportunity for me to take a glimpse into someone else's future. My original aim was to ask a couple of basic questions during a recorded interview, I then intended to incorporate that data into a related blog post. What I didn't expect is that their answers would sound so genuinely interesting and engaging. I decided to dedicate a whole blog to the recorded dialogues. Later realizing, that I have recorded something more significant than simple express interviews. You now have the chance to sense their aspirations, interests, and their personality.
